ARC Bratislava returns to Lenovo Gulf 12 Hours

The ARC Bratislava team ends a five-year absence from the Gulf 12 Hours on 15 December when the Slovakian team enters with GT3 machinery for the first time.

ARC Bratislava has competed once before in the Gulf 12 Hours, when it won the LMP3 class in 2019. This year the team returns to Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi with a four-driver line-up and a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO.

Team owner Miro Konopka – at the wheel of the winning Ginetta LMP3 back in 2019 – leads the driver crew alongside his son Adam. Zimbabwean driver Ameerth Naran and Neale Muston, who drove for the team in the 2019 Gulf 12 Hours, complete the line-up.

The 2024 Gulf 12 Hours will again be available free to watch for fans around the world via the event’s YouTube and Facebook pages. Qualifying and the full race will be streamed live from Yas Marina Circuit, with commentary from renowned endurance experts.

The 2024 edition sees a return to the unique two-part race format, with an opening eight-hour endurance section followed, after a two-hour break, by a four-hour sprint to the chequered flag, creating a second starting ceremony in the magical night atmosphere of Yas Marina Circuit.

Qualifying begins at 7pm local time (4pm CET) on Saturday 14 December while the first, eight-hour, part of the race starts at 9am local (6am CET) on on Sunday 15 December. The final four-hour race to the chequered flag starts at 7pm local (4pm CET) and concludes four hours later.
