British team 7TSIX will bring its Mercedes AMG GT EVO to Yas Marina Circuit for the first time to take on the challenge of the Gulf 12 Hours on 10 December in Abu Dhabi.
A top amateur driver line-up of Wayne Marrs, Ameerh Naran, Matt Topham and Tom Jackson will share the wheel over the 12-hour race, the premier GT endurance event in the Middle East.
7TSIX is making its Gulf 12 Hours debut, having only started competing in 2022, but heads to Abu Dhabi with the target of an Am class podium on the back of another very competitive season of British GT Championship racing.
Team owner Joe Edge said: “We take on a fresh challenge in the Gulf 12 Hours, and couldn’t wish for a better set of drivers. They all get along so well, Tom is the glue that binds them all and he has taken Ameerh and Wayne on an amazing journey so far, lets hope that this may long continue. Matt has proven on many occasion his impressive driver skill and talent, and I am looking forward to working with him. I know come the evening of the 10th December, we will hopefully tasting the fizzy stuff with a class result.”
Gulf 12 Hours qualifying (9 December, from 1.35pm Abu Dhabi time, 10.35am in Europe, 9.35am in the UK) and the race (10 December from 10.45am Abu Dhabi time, 7.45am in Europe, 6.45am in the UK) and will be streamed in its entirity via https://www.youtube.com/@gulfmotorsport.
