MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Media accreditation is now officially open for the 2025 Gulf 12 Hours, on 13-14 December at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Media wishing to apply for accreditation shall submit a request to media@gulf12hours.com confirming if they are a journalist, photographer or videographer and stating their full name, email address, phone number and media organisation.

All applications for media accreditation must be supported by a letter of application, signed by a representative of a recognised media outlet, specifically mentioning the Gulf 12 Hours event, including a direct email address and phone number of the representative.

Accreditation for journalists or photographers wishing work at the Gulf 12 Hours on behalf of a manufacturer, team or driver must be requested by the manufacturer or team concerned, via email to media@gulf12hours.com.

The deadline to receive all accreditation requests is Friday 21 November. There is no guarantee that all requests will be accepted. Successful applicants will receive a letter of accreditation via their nominated email address before 1 December.

New restrictions on media access to the pit lane, will be implemented in the interests of safety. Media will be required to wear fireproof overalls to access the pit lane and a limited number of access passes will be provided. Access to photo/video locations around the circuit is not affected by this policy.

Please note: Due to local regulations and insurance restrictions, it is not possible to provide media accreditation to anyone under the age of 18.
